Why does my humming bird feeder get cloudy?

I even boiled the water before putting it in the feeder.Why does my humming bird feeder get cloudy?
the evaporation gets stuck and then Creates a cloud of fog. its okay it wont hurt the water!Why does my humming bird feeder get cloudy?
The main reason for the cloudy appearance ,is caused by fermentation,of the liquid's contents, it is the sugars that are fermenting and turning to alcohol.
It gets cloudy because of the evaporation, so keep it under shade, and not somewhere sunny because it can develop bacteria and other germs.
