I'd keep some distance between the two. Depending on what species may use your birdhouse and what species visit your feeder, aggressive territorial nesting birds might drive other birds away from the feeder, or aggressive birds visiting the feeder might prey on eggs or young birds in the birdhouse. Is it bad to put a birdhouse near a bird feeder?
Putting the birdhouse too close to a food source will attract predators to it. Put them in separate areas if you don't want the eggs or baby birds to be eaten.
Most birds will not tolerate others in their nesting territory. I would put them at the opposite yard sides and even better if they are not in sight of the other.
